I’m a design leader who believes the best digital products work beautifully for everyone, not just most people. I lead design at Manifesto, where inclusive thinking is built in from the first sketch, never bolted on at the end.

I lead UX, Research, and Creative studios, alongside product and services design. I'm obsessed with user centred design, the kind of obsessed where a new brief lands and I can't stop turning it over until I've found the right solution.
Accessibility isn't a checkbox for me, it's the thread running through everything I do. I built our accessibility champion programme and run a community of practice for design and accessibility across the business. Last year that work got recognised: I made BIMA 100's Class of 2025 as Champion for Change, and joined the BIMA Inclusion Council.
I love cycling, touch rugby and crocheting.
